We kinda stopped coming for a bit because Ilda disappeared (per my last review) and the ceviche was just okay and not really worth the drive from Waldorf anymore.
But one day recently we were in the area so we stopped by and the ceviche was amaaazzzingg ! My brother ordered his usual pollo saltado and also said it was by far the best he's ever had. We had to ask who made it and we were introduced to their chef, Deysi, who I believe was fairly new. She was extremely friendly and appreciative of our comments ! Now we're back to being regulars for the ceviche !! But we always call to make sure she's working before we go! -

I love sardis and I'm so glad a location in VA has opened. While I'm at work, this is the location i venture to but i will no longer be going there. I saw a baby cockroach BOLDly walk around the main area near the counter, drink fridge and eventually slipped into some cracks. Babies mean parents which means a whole damn family so it's a no for me

I called in late Monday evening to see if they were making fresh food still because they closed in 45 minutes. Stephon was amazing, made sure to accommodate everything I asked for. Greeted me in the store with the same friendliness on the phone. Their energy was great even that late at night. Service is A1, food is even better. I'll be back for sure.

I really like the size of this location! It's close to the Iverson mall, but far enough. This was my first time here and they are serious about how many sauces you get.
This isn't my first rodeo with Sardis.
I'm now a Sardis elite if they had statuses! I've been to one in Beltsville and Philadelphia all in the past 49 days.
The chicken has this sweet taste to it that's very good and a little bit of char. I wish I could explain it better but try it and you'll see how good it can be.
I have tried most of the sides and they are always spot on and delicious. I will stop here in the future. -

We came to this Sardi's, even though it was farther out, due to the reviews. Upon entering, the place was clean and spacious. We got a whole chicken with rice and fried plantains as the side. The cashier gave us free drinks because it was our first time there. The chicken was delicious and the various Sardi's sauces were great because they weren't too salty.
If there was a Sardi's in Virginia (where I reside), this would definitely be my go-to chicken place.
